FOURTH REGIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION CONFERENCE
(02-03 NOVEMBER 2010, İSTANBUL)

1) GENERAL INFORMATION

The Fourth Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA IV) will be held at Istanbul's Ceylan Intercontinetal Hotel on November 02-03, 2010 and co-chaired by the Governments of the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

2) ACCREDITATION

Members of the press who wish to cover the conference should apply for accreditation to the address below in person, by fax or e-mail by Saturday, October 30, 2010, at 13:00.

a) Members of the national press should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card. (Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.)

b) Resident members of the foreign press in Turkey should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card.

c) Members of the foreign press coming from abroad should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their passport.

3) ACCREDITATION CARDS

Members of the press should collect their accreditation cards in person on November 1- 2, between 09:00-18:00 from the Press Office to be set up at the Conrad Hotel-İstanbul, upon the presentation of a photo ID.
