GLOBAL COUNTERTERRORISM FORUM ISTANBUL 7 June, 2012

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Global Counterterrorism Forum which has been considered as the most important international initiatives in its field, will be held on June 7th, 2012 in the Conrad Hotel, Istanbul.

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

Members of the press who wish to cover the meeting should apply for accreditation to the address below in person or via fax by Tuesday, June 5th at 4:00 p.m.

a) Members of the national press should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card. (Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.)

b) Resident members of the foreign press in Turkey should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card.

c) Members of the foreign press coming from abroad should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization, and a copy of their passport.

2. PRESS DESK AND ACCREDITATION CARDS

Applicants can obtain their accreditation cards by presenting themselves in person and with a photo ID, from thepress desk to be set up in Conrad Hotel on Wednesday, June 6th between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
