THE 20th ANNIVERSARY SUMMIT OF THE HEADS OF STATE OR GOVERNMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION (BSEC)

(Istanbul, 26 June 2012)

The 20th Anniversary Summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperationwill be held at Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Centre ( ICEC ), on 26 June 2012.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Members of the press who wish to cover the activities should apply for accreditation to the address below in person or e-mail, no later than Monday, 25 June 2012 by 3:00 p.m.

a)      Members of the national press should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card. Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.

b)     Resident members of the foreign press in Turkey should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card.

c)      Members of the foreign press coming from abroad should legibly fill in the enclosed accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization, a copy of their passport.

      Applications received after the aforementioned deadline will not be processed.

2. ACCREDITATION

Members of the press who submit all the requested documents in due time can collect their accreditation cards on Monday, 25 June 2012, at the accreditation desk which will be set up at Istanbul Hilton Convention & Exhibition Centre, at 10:00 a.m.

Turkish Radio-Television Co. (TRT) and Anadolu Agency (AA) are the official broadcasters of the meeting.
